Rebell på Fyllan (Drunk Rebel) is a simple sound collage I constructed from various field recordings. It includes crazy conversations while drunk, visions of western society ending, sea gulls, a choir singing songs of spring in front of a large bonfire and much more. I recorded it on my cellphone and later cut and spliced together all the fragments into one long stream of sound. I've been doing these sort of sound collages for friends over the last year and thought it would be fun to do a full scale release of the same kind. I guess the theme of this album is life in northern Sweden with all that it entails, just a document of various milieus really. I made a cdr-version in a batch of 22, packaged in an 8-page fanzines with photos of decorated doors to old houses, beaches filled with debris, a sawmill, a dilapidated bird house and some other things. The CDr's are going out to mail art correspondents, readers of my fanzine and the like. But in this digital release I've included a pdf version of the fanzine.
