I recorded this feedback feast in the kitchen of my old apartment over two hot summer days in 2017. I had hooked up a small speaker to itself, input to output, with the the feedback going through a cheap karaoke mixer, a multi-effects unit and a Korg Monotron. Some tracks also utilize a tape recorder, playing different religious cassettes from an old pentecoastal cassette club. I was fascinated with the sharp high-pitched feedback sounds and white noise I could manipulate through tweaking the frequencies with the Monotrons' delay unit and filter. The feedback resembles searing sinus waves I guess.
The artwork and titles I made up long after the fact, inspired by reading about the Iran-Iraq war and the Millions of Dead Child Soldiers that sacrificed themselves to save Iran from Iraqi aggression.
